Our highly valued workforce is central to the ongoing success of AF Fasteners. Many of our 30 strong employees have been with us for over 30 years and offer expertise, knowledge and skills that come from years of commitment and development within the industry.
The maturity and constancy that our older members have contributed to the team, have not only been integral to the growth and performance of AF Fasteners, but have enabled us to bring in new apprentices, provide high-quality training and develop a passionate, reliable, and diverse workforce focused on customer satisfaction. We have also heavily invested in an Apprenticeship Programme recruiting 5 Apprentices in the last two years and further investing in the Degree Apprenticeship for Material Science.
